EVENT RENTALS + DECOR

Minimum Order for Rentals

Our minimum budget for an event on Oahu is $3500. Special rates apply for neighbor island events.

Deposit

To confirm a reservation we require your contact information, a valid credit card number on file, a non-refundable and nontransferable deposit, security deposit, and a signature on your Rental Agreement contract. The deposit is equal to 50% of your order total and is applied towards your final balance. Your order will not be considered ‘reserved’ until a deposit and signed Rental Agreement contract are received.

Save the Date Fee

Thinking of hiring us but you're not sure? You can save your date and guarantee our availability with a $100 nonrefundable deposit. If you decide to move forward with Hella Aloha, we'll apply the $100 to your deposit. Need to change the date your saving? If the other date is available, we'll be happy to switch it.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be applied to all orders shipping to California or Hawaii.

International Orders

We’d be happy to ship internationally. Please contact us for more information.

 

International clients are responsible for all customs fees, local duties, and tariffs imposed on their order. These fees vary by country and are collected by that country's postal service provider.

Processing Time

Processing times are separate and different from shipping times. Processing time is the amount of time it will take us to make your order and prepare it for shipment. This can vary per item so check each listing. If your order contains multiple items with different processing times, we will hold your shipment until all items are ready.

Rush Orders

Need something sooner? Shoot us an email and we'll see what we can do. We'll try our best to accommodate your request. Rush orders may incur an additional fee. 

Shipping Policy

Ready to Ship items typically ship in one to two business days. All other items ship after they are made (definitely within the processing time window you were provided). Please note that processing times are separate and different from shipping times. If your order contains multiple items with different processing times, we will hold your shipment until all your items are ready.

 

All orders are shipped via FedEx or USPS. You’ll be notified by email when your package is on its way. Certain items in our shop qualify for free shipping to addresses in the United States. These items will ship alone and in their own box. We do this in an effort to protect these more fragile items from damage during shipping. If there are other items in your order, they will ship separately.

 

As avid online shoppers, we despise outrageous shipping fees and strive to make ours fair and reasonable. If we’re able to ship your order at a cheaper rate, we’ll do that and happily issue you a refund for the difference.

Shipping Times

FedEx Ground

Ground shipments usually arrive within 7 business days (see map). If you need your order to arrive by a specific date and it's close to that deadline, USPS Priority Mail Express or FedEx Standard Overnight shipping may be necessary.

 

FedEx Standard Overnight

Standard Overnight shipments arrive next business day—by 3PM to most U.S. addresses, by 4:30PM to rural areas, and by 8PM to residences. FedEx does not make Standard Overnight deliveries on Saturdays or Sundays so please plan accordingly.

 

USPS Priority Mail

Priority Mail shipments generally arrive in 1 to 3 business days. USPS has made it easier to discern whether it will take 1, 2 or 3 days to arrive but Priority Mail is still a non-guaranteed service (meaning that The Postal Services does not provide a money-back guarantee if items sent via Priority Mail fail to arrive by the scheduled delivery date). If you need your order to arrive by a specific date and it's close to that deadline, USPS Priority Mail Express or FedEx Standard Overnight shipping may be necessary.

 

USPS Priority Mail Express

Priority Mail Express shipments arrive in 1 or 2 mailing days.  These shipments are guaranteed by the United States Postal Service to arrive by a certain time on a certain date. Sunday and Holiday deliveries are available to many destinations for an additional charge.

Agricultural Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we are unable to ship bouquets, boutonnières, and arrangements containing fresh pineapples to Hawaii (learn more).

Fresh Flower Disclaimer

Since we don’t grow our own plants or flowers, we cannot guarantee the exact type or color of the fresh flora that will be used in your bouquets, boutonnières, or arrangements (learn more).—Still, we’ll do our best to get you the flora you want.

Caring for Fresh

When your package arrives, immediately remove the item containing fresh flora from the shipping box. Keep the item refrigerated until your special event. If the item is a fresh flower lei, spritz it with water before refrigerating. Refrigeration is best but if it isn't an option, just store the item in a cool, dark place.

Artificial Flora

We source only the most realistic looking and highest quality artificial flowers and greenery. They’re so lifelike that they behave like real flowers and no two stems are exactly the same. As a result, each bouquet will be unique. While every bouquet will vary slightly in shape, they will have similar aesthetics and look perfectly wild and beautiful in their own way.
