While we prefer to work with artificial flora, occasionally we work with fresh plants and flowers.

 

The fresh flora used in our products depend on seasonal availability. Since we do not grow our own plants or flowers, we cannot guarantee the exact color or type of fresh flora that will be used in your bouquet, boutonnière, or arrangement. 

 

The availability of fresh flora can also be affected by bad weather, pests, delivery mishaps, customs inspections, low yields, and high demand. We're also very particular about the flora we use. Anything excessively bruised, wilted, browned, or ripped will fail to meet our high quality-control standards.

In most cases, when we talk about fresh flora we're talking about fresh pineapples.
